Refund Policy
Once your fee is paid, you have 3 working days to notify us that you wish to withdraw from class to receive a full refund less a £30 registration fee.
The return on this investment can be staggering but only if you finish what you start, so there will be no refunds given after 3 working days. The Enriching Practitioner Skills is about creating your own unique practice to the best ability that you possibly can and ensuring safety for you and your clients. Our intention is that you remain committed to this webinar course in order to derive the benefits enjoyed by so many.
In the case of a catastrophic emergency a student may contact us to request a temporary suspension of their registration. This may be redeemed (but is not transferrable to another person) for a future class.
Privacy Policy
We understand your privacy is very important to you. We will never share your email address or contact information of any kind with any outside organization. We only use secure servers and never share your financial information with anyone.
We also require that our students respect each other’s privacy and do NOT discuss students’ shared information outside of class. If anybody is found in violation of this or is behaving in a rude or unacceptable manner, then they will be asked to leave the course and no refund will be given. Keeping a safe and supportive environment for our Webinar group is one of our top goals.
The secret Facebook group will have these same agreements. If you do NOT use Facebook you can open up an account just for the sole purpose of participation in the course. Secret Facebook groups have many benefits including that they aren’t searchable (can’t be located) nor seen by anyone outside of the course participants
Legal Terms
The Enriching Practitioner Skills webinar participant agrees not to share any course material with anyone who is not currently registered in or has completed an EPS program. Change Ahead may use at its discretion all information and materials gathered from past and current course participants in current and future works, communications and publications both online and offline while protecting the privacy of its course students and graduates, i.e. using aliases only unless the graduate gives their express permission to do otherwise. The EPS webinar does not guarantee (it would be illegal to do so) that a course participant will expand their practice. Penny Croal, Change Ahead, its partners, its instructors, independent contractors and support staff are not responsible for any outcome, positive or negative that a course participant experiences. Course participants are entirely responsible for their own experience in any of the EPS or CHANGE AHEAD workshops and in applying the tools and techniques taught in the course after the classes are complete. The EPS course is not a substitute for therapy, however does count as CPD.
If the class instructor is unable to teach in the case of a personal or health emergency, ‘act of God’, technical difficulties or other conditions outside of the instructor’s control, then the course will be rescheduled. If, due to any of the aforementioned conditions, the entire course is cancelled then all tuition monies will be fully refunded.
